support is free to use during your evaluation period, for 60 days after purchase of any license, and for the duration of your subscription (if you purchase with the subscription option - see below).
You can also report an issue using our issue report form.
Our products are available for purchase with a subscription option. Purchasing with subscription entitles you to priority support and free updates for a year (renewable subsequently). If you don't
currently own a subscription, you can purchase one on our purchase page.
If you hold a subscription license, be sure to include the subscription number in your support request.
